Meet Chris Thibodeaux: Skilled Insurance Litigation Attorney

For the next six years, Chris worked for a preeminent large defense firm in Tampa defending insurance companies throughout Florida in first party property, fraud, and bad faith claims. During this time, Chris gained an inside understanding of how insurance companies think and operate when it comes to the adjusting, litigating, and settling disputed insurance claims. Chris left the big firm behind in order to shift his representation to insureds in their disputes with the insurance industry.

Chris brings insight from his years of representing insurance companies to give his clients an advantage in their insurance claims by identifying the specific issues, trends, and tactics utilized by the insurance companies, and how to combat them to obtain the best settlement for his clients. Chris’ experience ranges from helping insureds navigate the initial claims process all the way to taking insurance disputes to trial.
