Meet Laura Densford: Legal Operations Director Keeping Every Case on Track

Throughout her career, Laura has built a reputation for transforming law firm operations by creating scalable systems, implementing standard operating procedures, and developing training programs that improve efficiency, consistency, and client service. She has successfully led process improvement initiatives, customized case management software, managed trust accounting and client disbursements, and streamlined workflows that allow attorneys to focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for their clients. She believes that well-designed systems and organized processes create better experiences for both clients and legal professionals alike.

Before joining United Law Group, Laura held leadership positions where she managed remote teams, oversaw financial operations, implemented cloud-based infrastructure, and developed recruiting and onboarding programs. Her background also includes extensive experience as a litigation paralegal handling matters from case inception through trial, as well as real estate transactions and estate planning.

Outside of the office, Laura is an avid animal lover who enjoys spending time on the water boating, practicing yoga and Pilates, and is a passionate supporter of the Second Amendment and responsible firearm ownership.
